The Panic Hex Key 7/32" is used on Dor-O-Matic Falcon and Sargent Panic Hardware to name a few. The key measures 7/32" hex by 3-1/4" long. Also known as a Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key or Dogging Key.
The Panic Hex Key 5/32" x 3-1/16" Long is a must for Von Duprin 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 panic hardware. This key has a longer shaft to reach deeper into the Von Duprin Panic Devices. This key is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, and Dogging Key.
The Panic Hex Key 1/8" is used on the new Adams Rite, Cal Royal, Jackson and many of the imported panic hardware like International Door Closer. The key measures 1/8" by 1-13/16" long. They are also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, and Dogging Key.
The Adams Rite Panic Device Dog Key is used on there older models. The key is made of high density plastic, and is also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key. Adams Rite part # 25-0480.
The Panic Hex Key 5/32" X 2-1/8" Long is usually used on Dor-O-Matic, Falcon, Corbin Russwin, Von Duprin 55 and 88 and Yale panic hardware. This Hex Dog Key is not long enough for the Von Duprin 33, 34, 33A, 35B, 98 or 99 Exit Devices. Also known as Hex Key, Dog Key, Allen Key, Dogging Key
On this Adams Rite End Cap we sometimes find the number HX0471 cast into the Black Plastic construction. It measures 2-3/8" high by 1" deep, with a projection of 1-1/4". It is used on the 8099, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.
Adams Rite 41-0902-04-IP Metal End Cap Assembly is used on the 3100, 8100, and 8200 which are their Surface Vertical Rod devices. Replaces the 41-0901-04, which is the plastic version. We find the number 23-0601 cast into the cap.
The Adams Rite Metal End Cap is for the hinge side of the door and replaces the plastic version (25-0471). This cap can be used on the 3100, 3300, 3600, 3700, 3900, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900. We find the number 23-0600 cast in to the end cap.
Adams Rite New Style end cap for the 8700 and 8800. The black cap measures 2-3/8" high x 1-1/2" wide x 1-1/4" projection. We some times find the number 25-0674-01 cast in the black plastic.
Adams Rite old Style end cap for the 8300, 8400, and 8600, with dogging in the head. Plastic Cap measures 2-5/16" high x 1-1/16" wide with a 1-1/4" projection.
The Adams Rite EX88 and EX89 End Caps are for the EX Series Interlocking and Pullman Rim Devices. The package includes the hinge side and latching side covers, along with the mounting screws.
The Adams Rite EX76 End Caps are for the Concealed Vertical Rod Devices. The package includes the hinge side and latching side covers, along with the mounting screws.
The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device. There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP.
The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.
Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.
Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.
