Adams Rite End Cap
On this Adams Rite End Cap we sometimes find the number HX0471 cast into the Black Plastic construction. It measures 2-3/8" high by 1" deep, with a projection of 1-1/4". It is used on the 8099, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900.

Adams Rite 41-0903-IP Metal End Cap
The Adams Rite Metal End Cap is for the hinge side of the door and replaces the plastic version (25-0471). This cap can be used on the 3100, 3300, 3600, 3700, 3900, 8100, 8200, 8300, 8400, 8500, 8600, 8700, 8800 and 8900. We find the number 23-0600 cast in to the end cap.

Adams Rite CVR/Mortise Metal End Cap 41-0901-05-IP
Plastic end cap for all Adams Rite Concealed Vertical Rod and Mortise devices, specifically the 8300, 8500, and 8600 Series.
Plastic cap measures 2-3/8" high by 1-1/16" wide by 1-1/4" projection. The metal tab measures 1-3/16" wide by 5" long.

Adams Rite EL8800 12 and 24 Volt Solenoid
The Adams Rite EL8800 Solenoid is the mechanism that retracts, or in this case turns the wheel to unlock the panic device. There are two versions one for 12 volt systems 31-0735-IP, and the 24 volt system 31-0736-IP.
The 12 Volt Solenoid is wrapped in red tape, the 24 volt is wrapped in white tape.

Cal Royal Panic Device 2000 Alarmed
Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device
Alarm units has an internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. Jumper cable is provided to swich to continuous alarm. The key switch to turn the alarm off is a standard 1” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with two switches. One switch monitors the push rail and the other switch monitors the latch bolt for full proof security.
