Thank you for your help yesterday and today. You were able to get us the right parts to solve our door problem. We had originally told you that we needed springs. But we were wrong and you put us on the right track!

You were the most helpful customer service person that I have encountered in years: very courteous, very knowledgeable and most helpful.

I found a part for my old panic door set that every one said is not made any more . I was reluctant ordering on line but was very impressed with responce, had shipping info tracking # and product arrived quickly and when they said it would great shopping experience ! Thank you, Chuck

The new kick plates are on my front doors I just love them; the custom size was perfect and the adhesive backing was a great choice. They were packed well for the shipping; thank you all so much, I am very pleased with the product and the service.

This is just a brief testimonial of the excellent service I have received from your Customer Service Associate.

I am Canadian and was desperately in need of an Entrygard Dual Arm Operator. Greg was my first and only contact at your company via e-mail. Being unfamiliar with these parts "he took me by the hand" so to speak and led me to the correct item. I ordered on-line and the item arrived in excellent condition and was installed last weekend. My sister-in-law was quite impressed with the service and can now open and close her window with ease. I am a former Customer Service Supervisor and I must say Greg's handling of this order was as excellent as I have witnessed in my supervisory position. Keep up the good work Greg , you have made your company proud and your excellent service will always be remembered.

I ended up having to order some other locksmith supplies from one of my normal suppliers and they had the rebuild kit so I just included that with my order to help save on freight costs. I do, however, appreciate the time that you took with me and I will definitely remember you for future jobs. I have only been in the business for a couple of years now and am getting more jobs as time goes on so I,m sure I will be needing your parts and assistance in the future. Freight is always an area that I am trying to keep as low as possible because it,s just ridiculous what some suppliers have charged me in the past - not that you would have but it was a situation where I could save $ 10.00.

Just want to say "thank you" for your help. I've spent two hours searching the web for a bathroom stall latch and after talking to 2 companies who were very little help, came across your site. it was easy to read and locate what I was looking for. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and immediately put me in touch with Jamey, who was extremely helpful and the first person I'd talked to that knew something about the product, what worked together, and helped me navigate through the site to what I was looking for. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Greg for his excellent service. My order was very small, a simple part for a door handle but he treated me like I was just as important as a million dollar order. As a business owner myself I really appreciate an employee that works so hard to have great customer service - he was a fantastic representative for RBA.

Thanks for your help. I just ordered the part and, hopefully, I should have it next week since you indicated the part was in stock. This will keep my client (Bed Bath & Beyond) happy.Your response (i.e., sending the PDF file with specs) was spot-on and timely. You were almost my last resort in a two week-long search for this part. You can't believe how many sites I have visited and how many phone calls I've made. Dealing with you and your company only took a few minutes and I had the order processed and en route to California.I applaud you for being so helpful. Rest assured I've added Robert Brook & Associates to my permanent database of companies I'll contact in the future if I have a need for similar parts.
